Battle of the Mil Channel Pt3 (Midway-Coat of Arms-Sabaton)
"The torpedoes slammed into the port side of the Mar'Kor creating colomns of water that reached straight to the heavens and rocked the ship something awful. Within minutes she began a heavy list to port as the ocean rushed in evicting the air inside the ship, we quickly tried to trim with ballast and a hard turn to port but she kept rolling. All the while I could still hear the roar of aircraft and the rage of AA guns. Shortly thereafter the Captain gave order to abandon ship as we rushed from the bowels down below closing bulkheads and sealing compartments as we went. Escaping to the flight deck I was met by a storm of gunfire and death. I looked forwards towards the bow to see nothing but a column of smoke black and long as the northern nights. A lone KN-19-Q (A naval version of the KN-19) was sliding down the leaning deck tail first towards the waves missing half its wing. I tried to get to any life rafts if they were left but I too was soon sent sliding down the deck. After I hit the water time seemed to freeze befpre I was returmed to the surface. Wiping the water and oil from my eyes I looked back to see the mighty ship on a knife edge befpre instantly capsizing and slamming the tower into the ocean which caused a wave the size of the ship herself and pushing me away."
Interview with Munition Handeler Yil'Go Ma'Thot recapping his experience for the filiming of a documentary on the battle.
The mighty carrier E.I.N.S. Mar'Kor, the largest carroer made up to that time by the E'Fo'Nan Empire starts to slip beneath the waves as a KN-19-Q zooms by followed by a Ko'Jan fighter. A lone torpedoe speeds towards the ship as a E.I.N. destroyer in the newer camoflauge pattern passes in the background.
