I'm honestly not sure if Johnny would knowingly force the genie into a relationship with him by using a wish. I mean, notice how he didn't say, "I wish you were my girlfriend," or even "I wish I had a girlfriend," but instead asked to spend time with her. It certainly comes off in a sleazy way, though, don't it?
