Surric Ragnar Belac is from a noble family who specializes in craft of cheese. Married to Jarl Elleira Sytha, he is a proud father of four children and at least two grand-children. He is the head of the Aviary and the Stables where they breed, train and care for snow dragons.
As a magus, Surric has developped two tails, mainly because he uses magic as a utility and defensive tool. He is a Dancer, a mage who uses movements of the body to cast spells.
Surric is calm person with the enthusiasm of a child. Sometimes he can propose ridiculous ideas and other times he is the voice of reason. He is loyal with people he deems to deserve his respect. Not a natural leader, he leaves much of the managerial side of ruling to his wife (Who is the rightful ruler of Wotkal to begin with).
