Haha... stupid title.
I actually drew this cuz I was really sad. I love going up on the top of the parking garage at the mall at night and looking at the city... so I drew Sweet-Tart doing the same, to see if it'd cheer me up.
It did, a bit.
I used to have stripes in my hair. They were blonde and black. I'ma get pink and black soon... and this is the hair I'm gonna give my fursuit of her when ever I can afford it. :<
