WINNERS ARE BEING DRAWN AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN A RAFFLE! TY ALL!
in my VERY professional manner i forgot to post this for a whole week hhgf but here it is!! the second part to my halloween raffle!
these will be two semi-custom designs, based on their moodboards with some input from the winner and some from my own decisions! you may enter both, or just one!

HOW TO ENTER;
-comment under the comment i make for the moodboard (MANDATORY, one entry)
- create a journal/post/etc of your own promoting this journal (OPTIONAL, 1 extra entry)
- refer someone/be referred (OPTIONAL, person must include in their comment that they were referred by you and you must confirm and both of you will get 1 extra entry!)
RULES;
-you MUST be watching me to enter! please don't unwatch me right after too :<
-please do not guilt me or anyone for making extra entries, winning, etc. the winners will be selected using a random number generator and thus will be completely random!
- please keep in mind my commissions have a higher priority than raffle prizes! i will be working on prizes inbetween commissions, so please do not pressure me to work faster on your prize as it WILL be done!
- winners will be contacted through notes with instructions on how to proceed with their prize, you MUST respond within 48 hours or i will pick another winner!
- you don't have to get all entries at once! if you entered and then a few days later did a drawing, just reply to me in your entry's comment thread and i'll add those extra entries then! you however MUST let me know if you do an optional entry in THIS journal, if you make/do something but don't link it in here it will not count!
WINNERS;
the winners for each of the moodboards will be contacted via note to discuss what they'd like to see! results will be done on cozycatstudio bases, edited together to represent the character you'd like to see!
results will have a main body done on either a stack or chrysalis base, and will have three outfits done on the chibi outfit maker too! more things may be added depending on the amount of entries!
winners will be able to pick the gender and species, and have a say in any specific markings/patterns/etc they'd like to see, as well as have a say in any outfit ideas as well! the themes and palettes will be based around the moodboards and determined by me. if there is anything you specifically DON'T want to see, you'll have the opportunity to let me know that too!
