During this Inktober I introduced you all to some new characters in the world of Chris Fuzz.
We were introduced to Xu Chan's immediate family with her mother, father and two brothers.

So time to introduce another character. Someone who is part of Chris's family; but as a cousin rather than an immediate family member.
Cousin Eric I call him.
There he is just passing by rubbing Chris Fuzz's head as if to say "Sup cuz?" With that smirk on his face and that annoyed look on Chris's; you can tell there's something going on between these two.

Eric is supposedly Chris's more handsome and successful family member. He's got the looks, charm and athletic abilities to make him pretty desirable. It doesn't hurt he looks a bit more like Sly now than Chris does. Though honestly; they both do. XD
Eric also has a thing for Ruth; though Ruth neither shows affection nor disgust towards him. The latter worries Chris at times. He worries that Eric could remind Ruth that she could do "Better." Eric knows this and likes to rub it in to Chris at times.

So there's a bit of a deep-rooted rivalry between these two. It's a rather odd one though. Although there is some animosity between these two; there isn't outright hatred. These two don't loathe one another. There are times when both help each other out. They can be on friendly terms. You could say they're "Frienemies." Eric does come off as that older brother Chris never had; and probably didn't really want. But like an older brother he'll have Chris's back in the end: and vice versa.
Rivalries can make strange bed fellows. XD

I think I need to work on Eric a bit more. He's supposed to be more better and successful looking than Chris. Chris I think still looks better. XD
But I think I just wanted to put the idea out there for now that Chris has a cousin who is both a rival and a friend to him. It keeps Chris on his toes not let his relationship with Ruth be taken for granted.
