WOW, what a difference some education makes! I've been a huge fan of this ape for decades. It was while reading the book "Lou Shiemer: The Filmation Generation" that I was inspired to try another cell.
It was also after discovering Liquitiex acrylic animators ink that made this so much easier. So the ink didn't stick or get watery. Also by using a brush my lines are much more gentle and flowing as apposed to my janky fountain pen lines.
My colors didn't scan too well however, and the paint blemishes are now glaring at me once I've scanned this cell. However I declare this awesome ape more than 'Okie Dokie' but my best one yet!
