The composition of this is very interesting... I'm very fond of the incorporation of geometric shapes into art. I like the variation of colors and scenes in each shard. Alice is also a very lovely character and I'm really liking the transparency of her wings along with the speckles on them. Her large ears are perfectly proportioned - I feel like many bat characters have minimized ears.
