Here's yet another older pic that I made along time ago when I still have my DA account and it was my first time making a Regular Show OC/Character.
About Charlie: He's one of the new employees at the park and is Mordecai and Rigby's new best friend. Unlike Mordecai and Rigby he doesn't slack off by playing video games, Ignoring Benson, Playing Punchies, ect. The only time he play's video games is when his work is done. He wears short's, has blond hair, and has a lightning tattoo.
Likes: Being alone, getting the job done on time, watching movies, minding his own business, keep's the park clean, not worrying about a thing, & Making new friends.
Dislikes: Failing at his job, getting fired, being pranked, getting scared, being treated like a loser, being used as something he's not, losing his temper, playing puchies, and getting punched.
