On Saturday morning, I was riding my pony on a frosbitten field, through the silent snowfall. The only sounds were the thump of his feet on the ground, the creaking of the leather saddle, and his woofy breaths. The great thing about snow in DC is that the entire city shuts down (SNOWPOCALYPSE!) and I had the entirety of Rock Creek Park all to myself. It was a nice morning.
IRL, I don't ride without a helmet, because that's stupid. It's just not as romantic looking that way. Also, Rocky's head is not that small.
