Again something that happened to me IRL... I was adding a new circuit breaker for a 400V/16A socket to a control panel. When moving that thing around, I grabbed it in a sliiightly wrong way and managed to grab all three phases. Ouch. Very much ouch. As soon as I was over the shock (literally) and could move my arm again, I started thinking... "shouldn't there be some device in that circuit to prevent electric shock?" and lo and behold: the GFI was slightly...umm...sleepy? I have no idea how that could happen, but it took literally five or so seconds for that thing to trip.
