TF week is still going strong! And with another day comes another submission. This time featuring a visitor from outside the town!

A certain witch stumbled upon quite the rare sight during one of her strolls around the town's surroundings. An elven woman had decided to pay a visit to the place, curious about the festivities that were going to take place. She looked quite cheerful as her eyes darted from one building to the next.
But the witch saw the elf's actions as careless. She didn't really want the townspeople to find out about other magical creatures as it would be an inconvenience. She had to do something about it.
However, the elf's happy attitude and bouncy walking made the witch feel bad about the thought of expelling her from the place; so as a solution, she decided to let the elf wander for the day... in a way she wouldn't attract much attention, and that she deemed fit for her attitude.
