stripes is my first eeveelution character i created, since doc can make so many of 'em. frick.

side character: meek
full desc.: a chubby 'breon who encourages hugs, belly rubs, and even the occasional getting fed. he'll do anything he can to get fatter. he's about 150 lbs. here, but that'll ceartainly change. :3 he's sort of babyish, since that's how his personality is kind of like. lastly, he's very open to making friends, as long as they treat him with respect (if you know what i mean.).
