It's been a while since I've drawn my bunny character, Davey. While Marshall gets most of the attention, I've had other characters I've created in the past, and it's time to bring back my very first babyfur I've created waaaaay back in 1993.

After a long absence, Davey has returned to Marshall's neighborhood. And he has brought along a new friend with him. Ladies and gentlefurs, meet Loriel The Long Eared Lop Bunny.

Some trivia about Loriel. While Davey has appeared in several paintings in the past with his pal Marshall, this is Loriel's first appearance in a painting. I've created Loriel in the following year (1994), but I wasn't happy with her appearance and I dropped her two years later.

But after a few tweaks and a new color change (her fur coloring was originally a parchment peach color), I now present the brand new Loriel the Lop along with her friend Davey (who also got a new tweak job as well) on a nice fall afternoon.
