(A note about my characters and use in public:)

Please do not use my characters Avgustin,Little/Baby Avy,Patch,Boardicai,Crazy Jibbler, Rebar, or the like without my open consent. Do not attempt to claim any of them, especially Avygustin, he is very personal for me both as my mascot and as part of my life as a whole. This will not budge, and if anyone claims to be me on any other site and I have not personally linked it, likelihood is that is not me. I am doing this incase of any potential attempt made in the future that someone may ever do any of this.

(Usage of art, animation, or models:)

No, unless I give something to a personal friend, and openly said as such, my art is not up for public alteration or to be claimed bye anyone without proper permission. This requires someone to get in contact with me and setup a trade where we would create a proper agreement.

(Usage of commision:)

Only the person and myself are okay to use the commission that I or they commissioned from me.
