After breaking out of his crystal prison, Severin needs to adjust to the new foreign world he found himself in. To his surprise, magic is now considered as a bit of a myth or rarity now when firearms came into play. They are interesting weapons but are far too expensive for him to obtain and way too loud! So to find a place to crash for the night, he has to go and start soul harvesting again. It was somewhat easy but he later found out how hard it is to get away with crime so he fled to the more darker places of the city to rethink his plan. He is already overwelmed.

To his luck, he manage to round up some homeless people and tries to gather as much materials necessary. A normal, clean job isn't really for him as there is no fun in it. But a 'cleaner' job sounds interesting. It took a while but he manage to establish a secret business for assassins: a cleaner service. A great source for both souls and bodies. For a kickstart, he was founded by a man who owns the Gladiator games, games where two brawlers are pinned to a fight to the death. They needed a way to dump bodies of fallen combatant, both easy and safe from the police as their business is illegal. Severin and his crew fill in this role of desposal or rather repurposing bodies as thralls for his 'lair'.
