Cercina is a Celestial Guardian, she is the Compass, and it is the job of her to find things that are not to be found. She helps people find themselves, and finds other pieces of the puzzle, the clock ticks away as this universes' apocalypse comes to a head. You can see Shenlong, Cercina's sister's dragon in the background.
All hand drawn, I know the perspective is off, I didn't really have a ruler or sturdy surface at the time, pretty lame, I'd like to redo the background, and change the dragon to her own, Maloran.

Review because you are on "I love critiques".
The biggest thing here, is to work on anatomy. Right now I see a lot of things that don't quite match up, so more study in that area in needed. When you look at muscles groups really look at the way they play off each other and start thinking of shapes layered on top of one another; mass, shape, volume. That lends the character weight. Remember that the better you know reality, the better your fantasy elements will be. Always. Currently it feels like these are your ideas of muscles, and not the real things. This comes across very strongly in your joints. I highly recommend these books: http://www.amazon.com/Human-Anatomy.....amp;amp;sr=8-2 and http://www.amazon.com/Artists-Guide.....ref=pd_sim_b_5 and http://www.amazon.com/Force-Dynamic.....amp;amp;sr=1-1
HOWEVER, try drawing from real life as much as possible. If you draw from a picture, your drawing will flatten out- all pictures lose their volume and therefore are not the best study guides. Nothing replaces real life observations. Get your friends to help you with this.
Line weight needs to have more consistency to it. Muscles that are flexing will emphasized with heavier lines, as will the under sides of things. Your interior lines should be thinner than your exterior ones or things get confusing.
Shadows- you have cast shadows, but you don't have consistent shadows moving through your character. They're only here or there.
Perspective needs work as well. Right now it feels like she's floating in front of a poster.
Figure out your gravitational source. Hair spill/clothing floating will be determined by it. If there's none then it will be going up as well as down.
Keep at it and good luck!
