Although I feel that I am getting closer to the level of realism I always wanted to achieve, there are still far too many glitches in this picture.

This looks great man. Now I will say something for help full criticism. The main thing I see as a "glitch" are her eyes. They seem to slant a bit to far up. I have problems like that as well. I say try to bring down the outside corners (if that's what you call the connection between the top and bottom eyelids) till they are almost as low down as the inside ones or just a bit lower.
