Skipper is a five-year old mew who was raised out in the wild from the wisdom of an elder and the family ties of the local ratatta colony (some transformative disguising may have been involved). As such, he has become a rowdy bruiser of a mew, favoring punches over psychic. Friends and family helped him develop a specialty technique in the form of a green yoyo fashioned from the moves String Shot, Energy Ball, and Sharpen. Of course, he can also transform, but being young he is limited to the few he knows; Staryu, Pacharisu, Ratatta, and Riolu.

He is snappy and whiny and complains a lot, but he's still a good kid who will, reluctantly, do as he's asked.
