Vokun the Sergal, is lying on a boat bed while displaying some sort of flirty vibes.
For this piece, I would like to share some lore-supportive tips that I adopted for the artwork concept.
According to the Vilous Official Wiki page for Gold Ring, the section Religion mentions like below;
-The Sleeping Boat
In Sergal culture, Sergals often sleep in a bedroom with a bed modeled after a boat. According to legend, it's said that during slumber the spirit returns to the bottom of the sea. There, the spirit hears the memories of the ancient sun, Vilous. This myth explains where dreams come from, and ties them to the creation story.
As above, some enthusiastic fans may already know this interesting material, "boat beds which Sergals use".
These boat beds are one of the traditional stuff which Gold Ring resident Sergals use.
There are no so many options in shape types, but people may decorate it with various accessories, patterns, and colors. As a result, the variation of the shape itself is few but it could have rich differences in surficial appearance.
Some people may use a real boat that was actually used as a vessel, and remodel it in order to turn into a bed.
As this is an item of traditional type furniture, so Sergals who use a boat bed rather tend to be senior citizens. However, even young Sergals still may use a boat bed, as a purpose of fashion.
These lore-supportive tidbits come from advice which Mick39 and Kiki-UMA gave for me. They would be more sophisticated and published in Official canon update entry and Vilous Wiki in the future.
