(Understand, this isn't Kelvin Hailey the sona or FBA player at this point in the creation period, this was Kelvin Hailey the character)

I originally made Kelvin back in January of 2014 as a character for a story that was a coming-age-story set in an allegory for the black community (where homophobia was a lot more prevalent, still is but not as bad). I ended up scrapping the project due to the fact that everyone and their cousin was writing the same kind of material at Furry cons, and the film Moonlight (2016) pretty much hit it spot on and won an Oscar. I may return to it one day though because, even though the novelty of it has worn off, I'm sure it can still be a good story to read.

The story followed 2 characters, Christopher Hammond (that wolf you see in the back of the left image and the defender on the right) and Kelvin Hailey, from their youth to adulthood through basketball, and the pressures they face on and off the court from their different backgrounds to hide who they are and their love for one another.

I'll probably write this project for NanoWrimo next year or something.
