So here is the sequel to my previous piece, which is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3340552 Part two shows an alternate history, with anthro zebras and lions instead of humans, and the stallion depicted is about add some more to the scenes.
This picture is based on the same reference photo, with lots of consultation from human anatomy books. I was more confident in working with the various media, but the scanner was less kind this time around and particularly seems to have eaten most of the shading, which is a great shame. Nevertheless, I'm pretty pleased with this, given how few anthros I've drawn in the past year or so. I also tried something new with this one, and sketched the picture in my sketch book before moving to the thick paper. It was definitely helpful and I shall keep on doing that. I had lots of fun doing all the little details in the picture, like the silver studs and ear rings and the lion tooth piercings, but I doubt any of them are even remotely visible in the scan. *sigh*
Art by me.
