This Halloween, Neil and Feli turn (non-canonically) anthro to put on cosplays for Waffle and Alicia from Tail Concerto! Neil couldn't fit the police outfit, but Feli reallocated some of her belly fat to have some form of breasts to more accurately portray her character. Too bad Neil doesn't have that option!
