I think it took about 9 or 10 days of work total - which is kindof a long time for me but this was a challenge =).

Just saying the picture may not mean much to a non car guy pansy. But too all of us that live for the sound of a well tuned engine. And the sheer beauty of a well drawn car it means alot.

I'm definitely a car guy. Monster trucks are just... boring. How about you go ahead and draaawwww....hmmm....

A Lamborghini Mercielago LP 640 Roadster. I'm pretty sure that car has a pretty well tuned 640 Hp 12 cylinder engine.

And it looks a hell of a lot better than a stupid monster truck.

And Blue Thunder has a supercharged 540 cubic inch Merlin V8 with 1500 horses, just fyi

and I'd recommend using the 670 SV as an example rather than the slower 640

Well, the thing about the SV is that, despite it's sheer awesomeness, it's really more sporty than the other Mercielago. I guess I just like the look of the 640 more.

And if that lamborghini went head on against Blue Thunder it would be pancaked, and Dont call my hobbie/career stupid cause i've never seen a Lamborghini crush other cars and Jump over obstacles

I stared at the thumbnail for a minute and wondered when Kacey went to a monster truck show and took a photograph. Do you know how hard it is to draw vehicles and make them look dimensionally correct, it's like something even pros can't do unless they specialize in it.

Like a lot of others... I too was tricked into thinking it was a photo until I took a closer look. Amusing.

And here we see again what kacey can hide in a thumbnail.

I just wounder how Backdraftwolf can steer that monster truck, compared to the 66" tires he's quit...small.


The only thing which irritates me here are the, well..too small back tires in my opinion.

The truck shouldn't be so long that the distance kicks the isometrie here.

Do you work from photo referrence, Kacey? Because the lighting and hues are very percise.

Oh yeah - I had to work from a couple of different photos for this one. I changed and added some things but I had a photo of the truck, and a photo of the stadium to work from for starters.

Quite awesome. One of my favorite monster trucks. My favorite is Grave Digger. I love that truck. I got to sit in Grave Digger once. It's surprisingly comfortable.
