Jacy is 20 years old and is one of Bandit's best friends; she is like a mother to both Bandit and Killua. They all met in Middle school. She can be a bit of tsudere and serious all the time but overall she is very nice and caring. She is a bit clumsy and tends to have anger issues but she would never hurt anyone.
