Sobble's final form, Inteleon, just got leaked. I'm surprised this isn't some generic fakemon design.
So far, it's one of my few favorite new Pokemon from SWSH, but too bad such a cool new monster design HAD to be wasted on a pair of disappointing games.

A bit blurry, but here's the final form, Cinderace.

I agree, Cinderace's design is pretty disappointing as I've hoped he'll be a Fire/Fighting-type jackalope, but nope, he's not. (my old fakemon doodles of what I'd expected to be: https://twitter.com/mzmazzaire/stat.....23539165196290)
As for Intelleon, I personally had no problem with his design, but I agree that his design could've been something different.
Out of all generations so far, Gen 8 introduced several Pokemon species with mostly uninteresting designs (though strangely, a few of them have good designs). It seems to me that Game Freak is starting to lose inspiration when it comes to having Ken Sugimori and James Turner come up with new monster designs for each new generation as, right now, we're getting closer to 1,000+ species since Pokemon became a thing for over 20 years.

I don't dislike Intellion's design, I'm just dissapointed because it doesn't seem very Pokemon like, and there were so many different directions it could of went. It definately is an interesting creature though. Now Cinderace on the other hand is just down-right lazy design.
Personally I believe 6th gen was the last gen to introduce consistently interesting Pokemon. 7th gen had a few, but they were numbered.
