Look like this Gengar is very late for Halloween but he just simply not care at all, for a Ghost-type like him, everyday is for him, not just a halloween, anyway is fine by him so he decided to turned some lucky guy(?)into underwear, change himself into anthro form and wearing him! promised him that he will turn back to normal during next halloween but do you really think Gengar's word can be trust? depend on you!
