Hey noodle what did you do today?
Well I woke up at around 9 and roused myself out of bed, I brushed my teeth and headed downstairs. It was pretty cool and I covered up with a blanket, but decided I wanted to try and get out and about for a bit. While chatting with grandma my sister texted me and told me that Debbie didn't wanna go to the theaters with us, so I decided to head her direction around 10ish.
I drove up her way and found a geocache en route, but the second one (Near the Wall) was a bust, so I just drove straight to her place. When I got there we left and headed to Ikea, where I managed to get five caches in the parking lot! Woooo!
We went inside and ate some weird Swedish food. My sister got a phone call while in the cafeteria, so I got her those weird meatbols, but she wanted fries instead of green beans. Also we each got a dessert (I got some chocolate that looked like cat shit, and she got a raspberry goo of some sort). Both were good, but I felt a bit grossed out that the cat shit confection looked so much like cat shit! XD
After eating we walked around the store a bit, and holy cow I feel like Euclidean geometry dun apply to Ikeas! We did three full circles and still didn't manage to get back to where we started! Holy hecc! Couches and chairs and kitchens...And then we went downstairs and I pushed a cart that had full 360 movement, so I pushed it from the side because I could! Sister took it from me tho because I was bumping stuff. She then got 3 rhubarb sodas from the snack area and then, running a bit late, we headed to the theater. Luckily it was like a mile away and she had these fast passes and so we were able to go inside and she had her phone scanned and had our seats before the first preview started!
The movie was Joker and I told her the loner behind us was probably gonna shoot us in the middle of the movie...But then an even weirder guy who talked to himself and occasionally talked to the movie sat beside her. Crazy! I did hafta go to the bathroom during the showing because she'd gotten me a cherry conke, and I had to ask directions to the bathroom! I got back tho and finished watching the movie and holy crap, was it ever good! I'd legit be down to watch it in theaters again!
After the movie we went to Borders and I got a book on Irish fairy tales, a book on Fredrick Douglas, and 2 books by Philip K. Dick (Ubik and The Man in the High Castle). After, we went back to her house and she headed to Macy's with her fiance...And I spent time uploading stuff to FA and watching tubes.
Sister and Debbie came back home and grilled some food, and after finishing my uploads I went to the living room and ate a corn on the cob (grilled) and 2 burgers with grilled peppers on! Yum!
After eating I stayed and waited until 9. My weeb-frand and I were gonna buy tickets to GDQ but at 9 on the dot the purchase section of the site crashed. By the time we managed to get it back up the cap had been reached and neither of us had tickets. Hecc!
Oh well...We can save our mons! I headed back home and after pulling into Raeburn I saw that the people a few houses down had a buttload of Halloween decorations on their front lawn, so I walked over for photos and they were till out there and I met Dante, the father, and his son Alex. I said they were both doing a good job and I loved Halloween!
After taking some photos I returned home and said hey to Chris (who was already in bed with grandma) and then headed upstairs where I was able to write and draw until about 1 AM.
