Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up around 9ish and headed downstairs. I grabbed some clothes and took a shower, then had a breakfast of some turkey bacon and a waffle with syrup and also some sauteed veggies. After eating we decided to get ready and head to the Go-kart place, and I went with David (who drove), Hassel, and Ralph. When we got there and after everyone had arrived, I signed up for the cart course (most others had already done so), which only took about 3 minutes. Once that was done they ran us through a safety course, then broke us into two groups and readied us to race. I watched as half my frands went to the course and donned their gear, got in their cars, and just...WHOOSH!

These carts went fast, frands, and the course was simple yet challenging! After driving a short distance and a 90 degree turn to the left, there was another straight shot and a switchback. This then turned into more turns, then became another switchback, then back to the start. After my frands had gone and it was my turn, I was assigned Cart #20, and I was off!

I will admit that I didn't do so hot on the carting, but good lord did I have a blast! The second round I did better in Cart #8, then when we had a race based on placement rather than personal time, I got 5th place instead of 6th in cart #48. Probably that luck was because they put the slow drivers together and the fast ones together, and I am a big noodle and am bowser sized! Rawr!

When we finished with that Hassel, David, Joey, and Ralph did a rage room, and though it was sorta fun to watch them on the screen, it was a bit boring. After that we did ax throwing, and that was actually my jam! I was really consistent with the ax throws, and even did them one handed (which was hard for most others). Alex said he'd give a kiss to anyone who managed to get one of the two blue 10 point circles in the upper part of the outer ring, and I did it! Only Benji managed to do the same!

After the contest we headed to a BBQ joint and I got 3 Mexican style burritos. Yum! When we finished we drove back to the house. Everyone said they felt sleepy but when I tried napping on the couch Jesse and the like kept waking me up. Also his feet smelled absolutely horrendous. Terrible! When I decided to finally wake up fully, I grabbed some Lysol and just sprayed the shit out of his shoes and socks.

After a while some of us headed to a Head Shop while the rest of us played some Mario Kart 8 and watched/tried to watch Se7en. We called up a couple Ubers and then headed to a bar called Odeon's, which was a small hipster kinda bar that looked like it had once been a house. The bar had some old technology pieces and a bearded dragon sleeping on a hammock in his aquarium! Cute! We headed upstairs to a more private area where we had low-sitting couches (about 2 inches off the floor, Japanese style possibly) and a couple chairs. The drinks flowed but I moderated myself and didn't wanna make myself feel ill, but that didn't stop a few in our party from doing that. Hassel seemed really drunk, as did Wes (who wound up spilling Jesse's drink in my couch spot after I had gotten up to go bathroom), so they didn't get to ride with Ryan in his Tesla after he met us at the bar. When we left, Adam, myself, Ryan, and Jesse walked to the Tesla a few blocks away and headed home. En route a fire engine put its siren on right as it was about to go through an intersection we were already driving down, which made Ryan salty. We got back home and we had a few vomits...Hassel and Wes, yes, but Benji too, who had quickly drunk a bunch of the alcohol when we left (“We bought it, I'm not letting it go to waste.”)

After that we sorta stood around and chatted, and David and I and Adrian and Adam did a bit of cleaning while others did drunk stuff. Silly! Wes wanted to go to sleep but Jesse kept trying to keep him awake, so when Jesse was outside I took Wes to his room and tucked him in and kissed him on the forehead. Soon after we disbanded and I headed upstairs, where I did the night's journal write while watching the first part of “The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals”. I wound up heading to bed around 3ish.
