I watched the pilot earlier this week, and I have to say I really enjoyed a lot of the characters they have introduced, including Angel Dust over here.

I was actually going to try to animate the sign in Clip Studio, to flicker on and off (the glow) but alas... Did not figure out how to animate a completed piece xD So for now... This is will be how it is :P Unless someone can tell me how, or throw a tutorial my way that could help, it will probably be a while till I actually figure it out xD
