The concept is much closer to the SV Sneaking Suit as Typhlosion do have a dark enough of blue fur color to actually blend in better. And it does come replete with a furband of dark gray color.

Much like Whys' WS Sneaking Suit, the IV Sneaking Suit sports much the same properties, amplified to the same degree. The only difference is future distribution of lighter and darker colors, and the metallic bands around the upper arms and upper legs, are Silver rather than Gold or Light Brass colored.
