Here's a new idea, character concept of sorts. A Panda with two sides, akin to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
Oskar tends to be a nice, friendly, rotund Panda. From where he originates, being round is a sign of goodwill and happiness. So the panda tends to glut often on food and stuff. He often tends to cook up quite good food as well, sharing it out as well as using it to help in his gain too~

Pretty much, all niceness and such, until one day, he was wandering around and felt quite a bit of a hunger pang going on. Unable to find something to snack on, he comes across a Red Panda, whom looked to be oddly tasty. Before he knew it, Oskar had acted before he thought, gulping the Red Panda up. The moment he realised what he had done, the Panda felt an odd sensation bubble inside him, a craving for 'more'. Oskar was able to resist the temptation and, with a bit of willpower, manage to shove it aside.

Except not entirely. Now, whenever Oskar gets into a certain level of hunger, he shape-shifts, transforms into a blubbery, hulking Red Panda, known as Otis. Unlike Oskar, Otis is focused on one thing only. Eating as much as he can, getting whatever and whoever is nearby. Otis is a literal eating machine. His tail is extendable and prehensile allowing him to grab anything that he can reach. There are two ways for Otis to revert to Oskar. The first is simply letting Otis stuff his face, which could be a bit chaotic. The second is to reach deeply into his deep navel, like through a tunnel of pudge, and press down on the glowing fur deep within (around 8-10ft deeo), which forces a 'reset' and forcibly reverts Otis back to Oskar. The far 'safer' of the two solutions there..
