I guess I can list it as a 'sona' since it's one of my 'sides'. My therapist is having me interact with different parts of me in a meeting space in my mind, and he was by far the most unexpected thing to show up. I already knew of Shame, Depression, and Logic (god they argue enough in my head) but this boyo was a shocker.

And yeah, my therapist totally watched Sanders Sides! She said she was surprised because she didn't think he knew about the mental exercise of interacting and discussing things with your 'sides', but he helped introduce that concept to so many people.
