He'd be a "mini boss" fought in the Slate mines Castle, and fly around with the ability to reflect Ling's arrows with his cape. Upon his defeat Flint would get his cape as an upgrade.

the Lego fans among you may recognize he's a dead ringer for Basil the Bat-lord who has at least inspired the appearance of this character. To be fair I could try to vary it up more but he's only supposed to be a bit-part. I'd also like to give this guy a different name- something silly like "Neville the Bat-knave" Actually maybe that's fine... hm...
