Ingredients:
* 150g of sausage (longaniza)
* 150g of ground beef
* 1/2 sliced onion
* Salt and garlic
* Roasted garlic and herbs
Steps:
1. In hot oil, saute onion, until it begins to look transparent.
2. Add the sausage (longaniza), and saute it for 10 minutes
3. Add salt and garlic to your preference (I use powder and just a few shakes).
4. Once it begins to release the grease of the sausages, add the mix of roasted garlic and herbs.
5. Add the grounded beef, mix it well and cover with a glass top, mix it every 3 - 5 minutes to let cook the beef
6. Add previously cooked beans (I used some that I previously cooked, the recipe will come later), and smashed them. Mix it and let it cook once more in its own juices with the glass top once again over the mix.
7. Ready when all water is evaporated!!
I made a video when I was cooking, sorry for the poor quality and the constant shaking.
