Tickle bears are a scientific marvel, while scientists are aware of their existence. Very little is know about them outside of the obvious, therefore when the opportunity arises for scientists to study the tickle bear. They usually jump at it. Maisie has been captured and is being subjected to multiple different forms of ticklish stimulation. The hope is to discover if there is some kind of upper limit to how much tickling a tickle bear can handle. Of course, no such limit exists. But these scientists aren't aware of that. Maisie is in for quite a few tickle tests it would seem.
