Well I decided to do something I have not done in ages. That would be voice acting. So I decided to envision what Artakash, the Chipmunk Kingdom's arch enemy, would sound like. Well as you can hear I got into the chilling roll. With a mild bass boost and a slight pitch shift downward I nailed the voice and tone I'm looking for. I threw this project together with a Blue Yeti Mic, Audacity, and some royalty free horror music.
