Emotions are, even to the most extroverted of us, the most difficult thing to express. Some may come at ease, but speaking on my own behalf, it's a strong, simple pleasure to lie in the façade, where you pretend everything's alright, try to smile through it all, and fain from showing your weaknesses out of the terror constantly haunting you that says "No, I'm not alright." Your fear that you're going to lose everything and everyone by showing your vulnerabilities. The fact that being asked your regular emotion on a daily basis first answers "Anxious" as the consistent.
And so, instead, I implore you to find another medium. If you cannot open your heart through words, if you cannot cry, if you cannot fathom the energy to record your motives and fallbacks, instead, you trust your body to work with it for you. Where your heart and mind cannot speak with your face, instead, your body can morph and contort to the pains clawing their way for release, the orgasmic pressure of euphoria that comes beyond all of the pain offered a gateway to become a reality.
If you've nothing else to lose, the time to bettering yourself through whatever means necessary are worthwhile in this wholesome, clean approach. Perhaps with time you will come back stringless and prove to me that you have merit to walk your own path without me to guide you."
