Neovember2019 - Desert Elephante
THERE WAS GONNA BE A NEOPETS MOVIE BUT IT NEVER GOT MADE
The Elephante is, I think, the standard for the Mostly Average Neopets. It's obviously a real world animal - its name is literally canonically pronounced the exact same way as "elephant" - but it has a handful of anatomical quirks like useless wings and a rabbit's tail to distinguish it from the real thing, as well as an accessory (not pictured here, but it's the little hat they all wear) to add some more interest. Personally I'm not very interested in Elephantes, but I am interested in elephants, and I'm also interested in the extremely appealing palette the desert variant of Elephant 2.0 that Neopets invented up for us has. I'm a sucker for ancient Egyptian eye makeup too, but that's just the cherry on top for me.
