No converter on this car, but I did fix the broken exhaust (my bad) with a soup can and a pair of hose clamps.

I have done that on my Datsun... Got a new sweet exhaust done for her though.

An engine in your bedroom? I used to keep car parts in the house until I walked into a cast iron cylinder head in the dark with my bare toes. I don't keep car parts in the house anymore!

I also have a straight 6 cylinder head from a truck next to my bed as a nightstand... I never told you that I love engines? ;)

Happens to me all the time... I was just thinking this for example no BS like 5 seconds ago and decided to look up prices online.

"Well its needs new tires, might as well get some new wheels as well. Once I have the tires off, I probably needs to get the brakes done by now. It also needs the oil changed... Speaking of oil changes, when was the last time I changed the transmission fluid? Oh yeah, when I got the tires 30,000 miles ago so that needs a flush. Then I should replace the shocks as well since they are underwarranty... Hmmmmm..... Might as well use my Cus shop and let them turn the rotors... "
