Request 22 - Angry Leomon [Color]
Hello there! :D
Finally today in the morning I finished scanning and cleaning this drawing, it took me a couple of hours but I finally finished it!
This was a request that I completed as a lineart in March of this year for
warmguy
I think I wasn't very faithful to the real color of a leomon, the skin should be less yellow and more orange pink :(
But overall it was a good coloring practice.

Man, I believe it was the lineart version of this that originally attracted me to your page and now seeing it colored I'm liking it even more than before.
While you do make some generally great art, I just can't help but think you do some real magic especially when it comes to Leomon XD

Also forgot to mention this previously but I can't see anything wrong with your choice of colors. From what I've seen, Leomon has slightly swapped colors in his different iterations throughout the years so I'd say this color scheme fits perfectly with some of them ^^

Oh! thanks again for the comment, about the color that I mentioned, it was mostly because I couldn't find the right color by mixing colored pencils, and I also had doubts because the color I used for the skin originally was going to be the color of the hair, and the color of the skin was going to be a mixture of pink with yellow and orange.
I didn't get the color I wanted so I used a much lighter yellow color and used it to color the hair xD

Huh, thats interesting. I would be pretty curious to see it in the way that you had envisioned it originally but I'm still personally really happy with how you managed it :)
Some day I'll probably have to commission you to draw him again and see if you can manage to nail the exact color scheme for him that you wanted :3
