It doesn't look like the download is working. I'll give you a synopsis here:
The 'doodle badger' is your creative id, a creature dwelling on the inside of your brain or skull, or both. In any case, being a reclusive and solitary creature by nature, the doodle badger will not tolerate being bothered or distracted from his primary task of giving you dream-fodder for your doodle folders and staples and fasteners and clips&chips of all kinds (& hey, it is for horses!)
In any case, when you strike the doodle badger, or a notion strikes /him/ you are most certainly in for trouble, or Chinese Buffet, or whatever the badger wants. (E.g., "I don't ask questions, I just 'follow my badger'").
In any other case, if the possessor or 'legal guardian' of the 'ground hog day-device' are found guilty of the charge (treason, punishable by state-sanctioned murder), he/she will most certainly face a stiff penalty. The problem is, these things generally aren't enforced very well, so the negligent parents get off the hook.
Not that I'm saying that they're really 'off-the-hook' if they don't go to jail. No, they(the hypothetical negligent gopher-care-takers)'ll probably face the 'big man upstairs', who has a reputation of /favoring//'favoring' badgers in particular.
