Age: 12 (could change, but he is young)

Backstory: Luke is one of the adopted sons of Charles. He came from the same orphanage as Benton, and despite not being biologically related, he has always seen him as an older brother. There is a lot of mystery surrounding Luke, which is evident in how he lives in an aquatic environment. Luke is able to breath normally underwater, and has also exhibited the ability to slightly control water that is around him (though he doesn't have a good grip on these abilities). No one is sure how he came by these abilities, as he was seemingly left on the doorstep of the orphanage as a baby with no parent(s) in sight.

Personality: Luke is high-energy, and is an extremely positive kid. He's quite adventurous, and while he can be tough and/or a handful, he has a good heart. While his personality can cause trouble for others at times, he typically means no ill-intent, and eventually he will start to get the bigger picture of what his actions are doing (especially if Benton is nearby). As he's always had the impression that people didn't want him because of his species, Luke prefers to wear clothing and items with shark-like aspects that help him feel closer to his family and community.

I decided not to make it complex at all, to the point where I decided I liked having no colored background, instead keeping the traditional paper base as the bg. I also decided to use thinner lines so I wouldn't have to worry about thinning lines at the end (but looking back I kinda wish I hadn't done this haha). Overall, though, I must say I really like how I designed Luke ^^
