This blonde powerpuff here just discovered a city full of intelligent snakes, an amazing sight to behold. Unfortunately, a hypnotic one saw him as its lunch and cad wrapped around and hypnotized him and is now ready to swallow him. Luckily, being a powerpuff, he can't be digested by these city snakes, and when the snake realizes that, it'll regurgitate him and let him go free.
