well the bottom of the feet are on the exact same horizon line. At first glance it REALLY seems like the foreground foot is actually slightly raised above the bottom of the background foot on this horizon line. This scrumbles up the sense of proper depth. As the character is obviously leaning towards the viewer, perspective dictates foreground elements would overlap background elements by either being raised higher or lower than them, depending of course on compositional placement. The way you have the feet here, makes the image not only look exceptionally flat, but even obscure. Does this help clarify what I said previously?
I see what you mean, but no, the foreground foot is more lowered than the background foot (the background leg should be raised since it's in the background). Granted, it is not much visible, but it is. He is not leaning, by the way.
