Ju-Long was known to be the master of hurricanes around the world and also sends them in any kind of direction but cannot control the path that it's placed or the direction the hurricanes go.
Ju-Long was also the only dragon that lived in the mountains of china in a small village called, Tei-lok which was a small village in the very old days, as of him, he is not in any kind of relations with, Qing-Long or Tien-Long.
In 1579 he moved out of the village into the higher mountains of china where his palace was built for him to live in peace as also a sacred place to where he welcomes all eastern and western dragons to meditate under the banner of his home but in 1606 he decided to open his gates to worthy and brave travelers along with tourists to his palace as a book that he wrote, he placed on his pedestal to where he meditated at and in that book is his words for others to read and understand.
His first choice of messages to all is, "Peace has a limit to all as it lives inside of all of us but we cannot break it free, but we can find the source to break it out of the chains of darkness, hate and destructive"
To this day, Ju-Long wants and wished for everyone to remember his words that he placed in his book.
