So I've been playing the fan game/rom hack "Pokemon Vega" and I have to say I love the fakemon! This one is a Roytasr, a Normal/Dragon type legendary who's related to Deoxys as both come from outer space. Very similar to MewTwo (who isn't an alien, rather a genetically modified Mew)
