Dude schedules are a bitch to follow. I try not to follow schedules because life starts to feel very repetitive, but schedules do keep a nice balance. I literally just started going to the gym after so long of saying I wasn't. I was supposed to go today, and I didn't so I already fucked up. I'm supposed to take my medicine in the morning and then sometimes I don't so yeah schedules suck but this picture is awesome
