I think it's safe to assume everything that would be considered her legs up to where they connect to her pelvis is robotic so I think it's a given she's still got a working nether region and an organic digestive tract.

Well in the cartoon and post reboot comics her leotard stretched down there implying fleshy bits. Pre reboot Archie though she entire waist was roboticized. Personally I attribute that to early 90's colorists who didn't give a shit but it was too late to retcon it since she was consistently drawn that way.
There is the fact she had Cyborg kids with Antoine in Mobius 30 Years Later which, as much as I like Ian Flynn, is kinda dumb.

I don't know anything about that story line but the idea that since Bunnie has robotic parts, therefore her offspring will also have them is not just "kinda" dumb, it is exceptionally dumb.

Flynn's a good writer honestly but the idea that Bunnie's womb apparently partially roboticized her kids is dumb I'm not going to lie. TBH though the X Years Later stuff was boring and stupid regardless of why wrote it. The editor at the time inexplicably wanted an Evil King Shadow in the story.
