I still have some troubles about general anatomy but i'm trying to improve things as for shading well let's just say that i'm just fucking around with my brushes trying to see if it looks nice or not

You speak english well enough for me :) The gut muscles is what I mean by the six pack, top of his tummy. You do very well with general anatomy to me, only way to get more complex to my eye is throwing in the adam's apple and pulling out the body dictionary. Thanks for something to marvel at!
